Pancake Parties!

Remember this? After weeks of drilling holes, inserting taps, waiting, collecting buckets of sap, and cooking sap, our Country Day maple syrup was ready to taste! On Wednesday and Thursday this week, the children got to attend our annual Pancake Party. This was the first year the party has been indoors, but it was still lots of fun. We all walked to the office to pick up our pancakes and syrup and then brought them back to our classroom. Everyone enjoyed looking at all of the Week of the Young Child cards that are on display in the office. If you don't get a chance to see them this week they'll also be on display at the Children's Museum on Tuesday night. Here are some photos from the big event!
